PLUMBING TIPS
Spring Cleaning for Your Plumbing
As you refresh the house, look over exposed pipes and fixtures for drips, check how quickly sinks drain and pay attention to hot water. Call if a problem keeps returning or you notice signs of a leak.

Start with the areas you can see
As you clean, look beneath sinks and around visible fixtures for drips or damp spots. Notice whether faucets drip after use or a toilet keeps running. You do not need to diagnose the cause to make a useful note for the plumber.
Notice how your drains behave
Watch for water pooling in a sink or tub, gurgling and clogs that return. If several fixtures are slow, mention that when you call. Our drain cleaning team can assess the pattern and explain the next step.
Pay attention to hot water
Think about whether the temperature or amount of hot water has changed. Visible leaks and unusual sounds are also worth discussing. Read about water heater service if the system is not performing as expected.
Bring your notes to the conversation
A short list of concerns helps you explain what is happening at home. Call Next Plumbing with your location and the issues you noticed. We will assess the work, explain your options and review pricing before you decide.
