For Blair, plumbing has always been part of the family. A third-generation plumber, he grew up riding in his dad’s plumbing truck, learning the trade and seeing firsthand what it means to show up for people. Raised in Acadiana and a graduate of Carencro High, Blair’s roots run deep in the community he serves today.
To know Blair is to love Blair. His sharp mind is matched by his big heart, and he brings both to leading Next Plumbing. He’s always looking for ways to better serve customers and build a workplace where good people can grow and take pride in their work.
At home, Blair is a loving dad to Malachi, Trinity, and Judah and a devoted husband to his wife of 12 years. Family helped shape his start in plumbing, and it remains at the heart of the business he’s building today.
Gabe Pellerin
Gabe is another one of those people that everyone just loves! He doesn’t meet a stranger and he’s just the type of person that people end up trusting right away because of his kind heart. He is a very loving husband and father to two children - Liam and Evie. His kids are just as obsessed with him as his wife is! They think he’s the best. He has been working in the plumbing industry for over ten years. He started as a helper, grew to be a technician and ended up in management. So, as a boss, he is very relatable. He has a niche for coming up with systems and implementing methods that make the day to day seamless. He earns the respect of everyone around him so he’s enjoyable to work for. He doesn’t see being a boss as a power play but an opportunity to lead and serve people better and that flows into our service team.
